(2) 最高學(xué)位證書公證件/ Degree certificate of the most advanced studies (notarized photocopy);
(3) 大學(xué)本科或研究生學(xué)習(xí)成績單原件或公證件/ Transcripts of your undergraduate or graduate study (original or notarized photocopy/photocopies);
(4) 兩名副教授（或相當(dāng)職稱）以上學(xué)者的書面推薦信（原件）/ Two letters of recommendation from your instructor at least at associate professor level or other person familiar with your activities with equivalent academic achievement（original）;
(5) 個人簡歷/Curriculum vitae;
(6) 由擔(dān)保人出具的附有銀行證明（原件或公證件）的經(jīng)濟(jì)擔(dān)保書/A financial support statement by your sponsor along with bank statements(original or notarized photocopy/photocopies).
